Required within 7 days of a confirmed order, unless cash on personal delivery or collection is arranged. Methods include PayPal, bank transfers or personal cheques. You can pay online using your credit/debit card through PayPal as a Non-Member.
Postage and Packing
We pride ourselves on our packing and there should be no breakages as a result. If the goods arrive damaged, or not at all, please contact us as soon as possible. If we cannot replace we will refund.
Small orders are sent first class, unless they are particularly heavy. Other parcels will be sent Parcel Force 2nd day delivery. There may be occasions when special or personal delivery can be arranged. The minimum charge is £4, otherwise charges are based on weight and size. Postal charges have increased sharply recently and we request that overseas customers ask us for a quote.
We will do our best to describe the items and their condition as accurately as possible. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within three days of delivery and, if we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund all costs on receipt of the items. Should you simply change your mind about the purchase, return within three days and we will refund the cost of the items only.
